Request for Counseling Services

Students can request to meet with their Counselors:

 

Before School

During Your Lunch

After School

 

Student Self Referral Counseling Forms are available at the front desk of the counseling office.

They will be processed as soon as possible. 

 

 

Office Hours: 7:20 - 3:30

 

 

Procedure to Request to see a Counselor:

 

1. Pick up a "Counselor Request" form in the Counseling Office.

 

2. Fill in ALL information on the form. Students who do not include their last name and reason to be seen will be seen last.

 

3. Place your completed request form in the area designated by the office.

 

4. Wait for your counselor to send for you. If you do not hear from your counselor within 3 days, fill out another quest form.
